About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a PPC Manager to take the lead on paid search strategy and execution for our clients in the UK & Australia. This is a key role in our agency – you’ll be driving results across major accounts, optimising high-performance campaigns, and ensuring every dollar spent works harder.

What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Developing and executing high-impact PPC strategies across Google Ads & Microsoft Ads 
✅ Managing and optimising Performance Max, Google Shopping, and Search campaigns
✅ Driving ecommerce growth and high-quality lead generation for clients
✅ Analysing performance data and making data-driven decisions to improve conversions
✅ Running A/B tests to refine ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies
✅ Staying ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes & new ad formats
✅ Collaborating with our SEO & CRO teams to align search strategies
✅ Working closely with clients to understand their goals and deliver standout results

What We’re Looking For

???? Proven experience managing and scaling PPC campaigns in eCommerce and lead generation
???? Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Performance Max & Google Shopping 
???? A data-driven mindset—comfortable creating reports & analysing trends
????️ Hands-on experience with automation, scripts & bid strategies
